Tilton Reed

PRESIDENT AND CEO

With a background in Education and an MBA from the U of A, Tilton saw the need to provide accessible services and support to those living with disabilities within our communities. Tilton worked on the front lines and used his experience to empower and enhance the lives of persons served. Building teams, training and continuous improvement are initiatives that Tilton implemented in order to expand Entrust’s ability as a service provider. Tilton’s vision, leadership, passion, and innovation built Entrust into what it is today.

CFO

Dan is passionate about giving back to the community as an experienced Chartered Accountant. In joining the Entrust team, Dan became responsible for overseeing Entrust’s finances and integrated technology. Spotlighted in CPA Magazine and Vision Alberta in 2013 and 2014, this young CA is driven to make sure that everything is correctly and completely handled. Dan’s insight has helped streamline Entrust’s business systems into what it is today and continues to employ creative solutions to adapt Entrust for tomorrow.

COO

Although originally from Ontario, Adam completed his studies here in Alberta at Athabasca University. He started at Entrust in 2006 as a front-line staff prior to becoming a Service Manager, a role he worked in for 6 years. He has held his current role as Program Director since 2013. He has 4 beautiful children, enjoys playing baseball and basketball, and coaches basketball in his free time.

Lindsey Reed Director of Physical Facilities

DIRECTOR OF PHYSICAL FACILITIES

Lindsey brings experience to the team in physical facilities with property management and maintenance experience dating back to her youth. Lindsey’s energy and background allow her to be creative and collaborative in addition to having the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities. Lindsey cares and understands the impact physical facilities play in Entrust’s vision and mission. Safe and inviting homes are paramount to Entrust’s services and having Lindsey helps to maintain environments that meet the needs of persons served.

Masa Idelbi Executive Director of People & Culture

Masa Idelbi

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE & CULTURE

Masa Idelbi is an accomplished and dynamic HR executive with CPHR, SHRM-SCP, CTMP, and Executive Talent Management Master’s Diploma designations. She was recognized as Canada’s Top Recruiter in 2019 and received CPHR Alberta’s HR Impact Award in 2022 for her leadership in driving organizational transformation. 

With progressive executive HR experience across construction, startup, and non-profit sectors, Masa has spearheaded initiatives that earned her teams national recognition, including winning HR Director Canada (HRDC)’s Best Place to Work Award in 2022 and 2023. Her work has consistently delivered talent acquisition efficiencies, culture transformation, and elevated organizational reputation. 

A mother of two with Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources Management and English Literature and Linguistics, Masa is a passionate change agent focused on people development and workplace innovation. She actively supports newcomers to Canada in overcoming employment barriers and is dedicated to empowering women to achieve financial and social independence. 

Masa serves as the Vice Chair of the Workforce Development and Attraction Committee with the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and sits on the boards of PHBI (Professional Home Builders Institute) and ERIEC (Edmonton Region Immigrant Employment Council).  

Today, Masa leads the People & Culture strategy at Entrust Disability Services as Executive Director. Since joining in July 2024, she has been instrumental in building Entrust’s people management infrastructure and fostering a culture of collective accountability. 

Masa is spearheading the launch of Entrust Academy—a transformative growth platform moving beyond a traditional LMS to foster continuous learning, career progression, and leadership development across Entrust. Through strategic partnerships with leading institutions such as the University of Alberta, Entrust Academy will deliver customized skills training and launch its flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP) to cultivate the next generation of Entrust leaders. 

In addition, Masa is leading the rollout of a productivity-driven Performance Management Program, rooted in comprehensive job analysis, KPI development, and centralized performance reviews through UKG. She is also optimizing Entrust’s HRIS (UKG), integrating ATS, LMS, Employee Voice, and Performance Management modules to transform operational efficiency and the employee experience. 

Masa finds true fulfillment in witnessing her teams realize their full potential—creating a ripple effect that strengthens not only individual careers but also the long-term success of the organizations they serve. Her mission is to enable Canadian companies to achieve unprecedented productivity outcomes through highly engaged, purpose-driven workforces. 

When she’s not championing workforce transformation, Masa enjoys reading, working out, spending time with her family, and sharing a glass of rosé with close friends on weekends. 

Rory LaRocque-Walker Director of Operations

Rory’s journey with Entrust began in 2011. With the knowledge, skills and experience acquired through completing his Bachelor of Education at the University of Alberta, as well as brief career as a professional educator, Rory created and continues to lead the Community Access Supports Program. Rory is passionate about acknowledging and honoring the unique needs of each individual and providing a framework around them. He believes this framework should respect each person’s limitations while favouring their strengths, interests and abilities.

PROGRAM MANAGER

Gagan holds a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on Human Development and Family Studies. She discovered Entrust at a job fair and unexpectedly developed a deep passion for supporting individuals with disabilities through the organization. She is now a strong advocate for her clients. Gagan started as an Assistant Manager with Entrust and has since shifted from a Service Manager to a Program Manager position. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her spare time.

Riaz Noor Program Manager

PROGRAM MANAGER

Riaz joined Entrust in 2024 and brings over 12 years of leadership experience to his role. With an MBA in Human Resources Management, Riaz has a strong foundation in business operations and team development. What drew him to Entrust was its empowering culture and the respect shown to both staff and individuals served. 

As Director of Operations, Riaz plays a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery across programs. He has led several initiatives, including the implementation of Entrust’s monthly executive “Lunch and Learn” series, which fosters alignment and strategic growth across departments. 

Riaz is driven by the leadership and collaboration he experiences daily at Entrust. He believes in practicing inclusion, dignity, and compassion in every aspect of care. Outside of work, he’s passionate about nature and finds joy in cleaning and organizing—his go-to method for recharging. 

Anisha Stevenson Program Manager

Anisha Stevenson

PROGRAM MANAGER

Anisha brings nearly a decade of experience in the fields of addictions, mental health, and homelessness. She holds a Diploma with Honours in Addictions and Human Services and is deeply passionate about Trauma-Informed Care and Harm Reduction. 

She joined Entrust in March 2025 as Program Manager for Calgary and Red Deer, inspired by the opportunity to better support individuals with disabilities—many of whom she had previously encountered through her front-line work, often undiagnosed. Anisha sees her role at Entrust as a way to expand her impact and deepen her understanding of disability services. 

Outside of her professional work, Anisha has spent over 13 years with Live Nation working in production for major festivals and concerts, bringing creativity and energy to everything she does.

Charmagne Young Occupational Health & Safety Supervisor

Charmagne Young

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY SUPERVISOR 

Charmagne joined Entrust in June 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in Occupational Health and Safety. A former Manufacturing Safety Officer and Certified COR Auditor, she has played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of Entrust’s OHS program. 

Since joining the organization, Charmagne has led key initiatives including the implementation of a comprehensive safety program and the continued development of Entrust’s Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. She is passionate about creating safe work environments and believes strongly in the responsibility of employers to equip staff with the tools, training, and resources they need. 

Charmagne’s approach to safety emphasizes informed, well-trained teams that are empowered to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities, creating safer and more positive spaces for both clients and staff. 

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, LEGO building, RPGs, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. 

Erin Noble Behaviour Specialist Supervisor

Erin Noble

BEHAVIOUR SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR 

Originally from Australia, Erin holds a Bachelor of Social Work and has a background in education and crisis support, having worked as an Educational Assistant and Domestic Violence Specialist Worker. She moved to Calgary in 2019, gaining frontline experience in the disability sector before joining Entrust in 2021 as a Behaviour Specialist. 

Now serving as Behaviour Specialist Supervisor, Erin provides behavioural support across Entrust’s Calgary and Red Deer homes. She plays a key role in analyzing data, developing strategies, and advising teams and stakeholders to ensure individuals are supported with compassion, dignity, and respect. Her work is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered approach that aligns with Entrust’s Supportive Model. 

Erin is deeply motivated by her passion for social justice and her commitment to improving quality of life for marginalized individuals. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, playing netball, and spending time with her dogs. 

Laura Myers Manager, People & Culture

Laura Myers

MANAGER, PEOPLE & CULTURE 

Laura holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, graduating from the bilingual program. While her coursework laid the foundation, it was her project work and involvement in clubs and extracurriculars that sparked her passion for teamwork, collaboration, and people-centered leadership. 

Laura joined Entrust in December 2024 as Manager of People & Culture. She leads a team of P&C Business Partners and an Administrator, delivering strategic HR support across the organization. Laura is the primary liaison with the union and plays a key role in advancing inclusive, values-driven practices that support staff and align with Entrust’s mission. 

She is currently leading the development of Entrust’s performance management program—building a practical, inclusive framework that supports employee growth and service quality. For Laura, working in a social services environment is especially meaningful, allowing her to blend strategic leadership with human impact. 

Outside of work, Laura enjoys quilting, crafting, cooking, playing board games, and spending time with her dogs. A fun fact: she’s classically trained in opera, though these days she mostly saves her vocals for car rides and karaoke. 

Victoria Beer Service Manager, Entrust Centre for Supports

Victoria Beer

SERVICE MANAGER – CENTRE FOR SUPPORTS 

Victoria holds a B.A. in English and Psychology, an after-degree and Master’s degree in Behaviour Analysis, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She brings deep expertise in mental health, trauma-informed care, addictions, and animal-assisted therapy—subjects she continues to explore through ongoing education. 

Victoria joined Entrust in September 2024 and leads operations at the Centre for Supports. Her clinical background and leadership training enable her to mentor her team while focusing on holistic, person-led care. Her approach blends structure with joy, ensuring clients feel empowered and supported in meaningful ways. 

She has developed the Centre’s policy and procedure manual, expanded intake services, and partnered across departments on marketing and training initiatives. Whether she’s building programs, welcoming new clients, or crafting interactive summer camps, Victoria infuses every effort with creativity and care. 

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys writing fiction, playing multiple instruments, and working with animals. When she’s not at the Centre, you’ll likely find her enjoying life on the farm.
