  • Tilton Reed

    President and CEO

    With a background in Education and an MBA from the U of A, Tilton saw the need to provide accessible services and support to those living with disabilities within our communities. Tilton worked on the front lines and used his experience to empower and enhance the lives of persons served. Building teams, training and continuous improvement are initiatives that Tilton implemented in order to expand Entrust's ability as a service provider. Tilton’s vision, leadership, passion, and innovation built Entrust into what it is today.

  • Daniel Chow

    CFO

    Dan is passionate about giving back to the community as an experienced Chartered Accountant. In joining the Entrust team, Dan became responsible for overseeing Entrust’s finances and integrated technology. Spotlighted in CPA Magazine and Vision Alberta in 2013 and 2014, this young CA is driven to make sure that everything is correctly and completely handled. Dan's insight has helped streamline Entrust's business systems into what it is today and continues to employ creative solutions to adapt Entrust for tomorrow.

  • Adam Withers

    Director, Residential Services

    Although originally from Ontario, Adam completed his studies here in Alberta at Athabasca University. He started at Entrust in 2006 as a front-line staff prior to becoming a Service Manager, a role he worked in for 6 years. He has held his current role as Program Director since 2013. He has 4 beautiful children, enjoys playing baseball and basketball, and coaches basketball in his free time.

  • Rory LaRocque-Walker

    Director, Framework For Life

    Rory’s journey with Entrust began in 2011. With the knowledge, skills and experience acquired through completing his Bachelor of Education at the University of Alberta, as well as brief career as a professional educator, Rory created and continues to lead the Framework For Life Program. Rory is passionate about acknowledging and honoring the unique needs of each individual and providing a Framework around them. He believes this Framework should respect each person’s limitations while favouring their strengths, interests and abilities.

  • Ryan Nelson

    Controller

    Ryan has been a part of the Entrust team for over a decade. Starting in 2004, he has witnessed the growth of the company first-hand; seeing the company expand in size and scope has been a fulfilling experience for Ryan. He began his career with Entrust as a front-line staff member, then took on the role of Service Manager before finding his comfort as a controller and office manager. Ryan has been integral in carrying out Entrust's vision through his passion for systems and collaboration.

  • Roopa Belur

    Director, Behaviour Supports

    After obtaining a Bachelors degree in Sociology, Economics, Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Psychology from India, Roopa moved to Birmingham, Alabama. She worked as an assistant psychologist focusing on psychological testing, diagnosis, life skills training and behavior management plans for people in the Autism Spectrum. Roopa has been with us for over four years directs and trains her team of specialists to develop behaviour plans for over 100 individuals we support.

  • Victoria Kester

    Learning and Development Manager

    Victoria's interest working with individuals with disabilities began with a co-op placement in high school where she worked in an integrated classroom with neurotypical children and children with autism and cerebral palsy. Now, with a BA in Psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, she is our Learning and Development Manager, collaborating with other departments to develop new processes and overseeing training for new team members that includes CPI nonviolent crisis intervention. Victoria also coordinates health and safety and quality assurance for our programming. She has a passion for helping others succeed. Victoria loves to travel, go on adventures, and eat delicious food.

  • Paul Basahti

    Director, People and Culture

    With over 15 years of diverse human resources and management experience, Paul has extensive hands-on-experience leading HR initiatives including full cycle recruitment, training and development, policy design, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee/labour relations. His passion, tempered with the chance to make a difference in the lives of others, is the driving force behind our people and culture today.

  • Lindsey Reed

    Director, Physical Facilities

    Lindsey brings experience to the team in physical facilities with property management and maintenance experience dating back to her youth. Lindsey’s energy and background allow her to be creative and collaborative in addition to having the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities. Lindsey cares and understands the impact physical facilities play in Entrust’s vision and mission. Safe and inviting homes are paramount to Entrust’s services and having Lindsey helps to maintain environments that meet the needs of persons served.

  • Sarah Romanuik

    Scheduling Manager

    Sarah has her BA in English from Concordia University and has plans to pursue a Master’s in Philosophy to someday teach at the University level. Before she began at Entrust, Sarah worked for the Provincial government as a Constituency Assistant for her MLA. Yearning for a new challenge, she was happy to join the Entrust team to contribute to the lives of others in a meaningful way. She has a sidekick named Morgan – a little dog that comes wherever she is allowed to bring him.

  • Adam Paull

    Service Manager

    Born, raised and educated right here in Edmonton, Adam Paull has found a home at Entrust giving back to a community that has given so much to him. Adam has come by this line of work very honestly, as the son of a Special Education Teacher, gaining the experience to work with individuals with developmental delays at a young age. Adam was hired at Entrust as a Community Support Worker, spent time as a Mentor in the FFL Program, and is now lucky enough to be a part of the tremendous team of Service Managers that Entrust has to offer.

  • Arun Paul

    Service Manager

    Arun has completed a Nursing degree and a diploma in Developmental Disability Studies. Arun started at Entrust working as a front-line staff and as an Assistant Manager prior to becoming a Service Manager. He has lots of experience in health care and individuals with disabilities.

  • Dana Lowry

    Service Manager

    Dana began her career with Entrust 22 years ago and has witnessed the growth and development of the company first hand. She is more passionate than ever about her work and is dedicated in providing exceptional service and care to her clients.

  • Bethany Hatch

    Behavioural Specialist

    Born and raised in Edmonton, Bethany studied Psychology at Brigham Young University in Hawaii. Having interned with Entrust before, Bethany returned after graduation to continue providing care to individuals with complex needs.

  • Bipul Gautam

    Service Manager

    Bipul started with Entrust as a front-line staff while completing the Social Work Program from MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. After graduating from MacEwan, Bipul was promoted to the Mentor role, and later the Service Manager role in late 2017. Bipul is a Registered Social Worker with a rigorous interdisciplinary academic base from pioneering universities in Nepal— a Bachelors degree with a focus in Law and Sociology and a Masters degree with a focus in Sociology and Education. Bipul is passionate about enhancing support for staff members. He does this by talking to them about their experiences in the workplace, giving them praise for meaningful activities initiated, and nurturing satisfaction among them. This helps him to ensure assistance and support is given to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them stay and participate in the community.

  • Bretton Stonehocker

    Service Manager

    With a background in psychology, fluent in Spanish and over 14 years at Entrust, Bretton has cultivated a diverse and unique skill set utilizing a solution-based approach to problem solve situations that arise daily. Bretton structures his leadership on integrity, recognition and fostering a productive work environment. His best experiences come from time with his family, his wife and their three children, coupled with his humanitarian mission abroad are the core of his drive and motivation to support others. Bretton’s extensive years of experience provides insight in the development and oversight of the systems for growth and success at Entrust at the team expands its capacity to meet the growing needs of the community. He is thrilled with where we are now and the enormous potential we possess to generate lasting change for the individuals we support and the teams we develop.

  • Caelin Richmond

    Behavior Specialist

    Caelin joined Entrust in 2014. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 2014 with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Linguistics. Currently Caelin is obtaining her Masters Degree in Counselling. Since July 2014, Caelin has enjoys her work as a behaviour specialist advocating and creating support plans for our clients.

  • Clint Stooshnoff

    Service Manager

    Clint obtained his Degree in Social Work BSW from Thompsons Rivers University, in Kamloops, BC. Before joining the Entrust team, Clint worked as a Housing Coordinator at Oncore Seniors Society. While completing a practicum at PDD Michener Center, Clint gained a vast knowledge about individuals with developmental disabilities. He strongly advocates for all people to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their status.

  • Ellie Byun

    Payroll Administrator

    Ellie joined Entrust in 2014. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Commerce from South Korea and a Business Management Diploma from the University of Victoria. Ellie is an eager learner, always looking to expand her skillset and contribute in new ways to Entrust. She is determined to continue helping people. When not working, Ellie and her husband like to play tennis, golf, and do other outdoor activities. She also enjoys spending time with her dog Olive.

  • Emery Mance

    Behaviour Specialist

    After graduating from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Psychology and years of volunteer experience working with children diagnosed with Autism under her belt, Emery began working with the Ability Society of Alberta to implement strategies into the homes of children with disabilities. Emery began working at Entrust as a Mentor with our FFL Day Program in March 2015, before moving into her current role as Behaviour Specialist.

  • Gagan Grewal

    Service Manager

    Gagan holds a Bachelor in Science with an emphasis on Human Development and Family Studies. She discovered Entrust at a job fair and unexpectedly developed a deep passion for supporting individuals with disabilities through the organization. She is now a strong advocate for her clients. Gagan started as an Assistant Manager with Entrust and since has shifted to a Service Manager position. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her spare time.

  • Hana Aw-Dahir

    Service Manager

    Hana has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan. She enjoys supporting clients with complex needs and mental health challenges, in her current role as a Service Manager. Hana’s heart has always been in the community and serving her community first and foremost, while empowering the people she serves to live their version of a meaningful life. In her spare time, Hana enjoys the company of family, traveling around the world and volunteering at various groups around the city.

  • Leila Manalili

    Human Resources Manager

    Leila completed the HR Management Diploma through Grant MacEwan University and has her Executive Learning Certification through the University of Alberta. She is now in the process of completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in human resources with Athabasca University. With over 5 years of HR Advisor experience, Leila brings an abundance of knowledge in full cycle recruiting practices, special projects, and training and development to Entrust.

  • Marco Bernales

    IT Specialist

    Marco graduated with a Diploma in Digital Media and I.T. from NAIT in 2017. With the goal of helping people to the fullest extent, Marco joined the Entrust team. In his spare time, Marco is very active and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

  • Michaela Leyh

    Service Manager

    After graduating from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Michaela’s passion for providing care to vulnerable populations has taken her on a journey across the country. This adventure has led to many experiences and opened the door to new opportunities which led to being recruited for the Service Manager position in Red Deer. Michaela is thrilled to be part of expanding the Entrust family and allowing individuals with developmental disabilities in Central Alberta the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life.

  • Rajesh Manuel

    Framework for Life Manager

    Rajesh obtained a master’s degree in Social Work in 2006 and a Masters of Philosophy in social work from India. He also obtained a post-graduation diploma in Business Studies from United Kingdom in 2011. He joined Entrust as an Assistant Manager in 2015, and then got hands on experience as a FFL Mentor before being promoted into the Framework for life Program Manager position. He enjoys working for clients with complex needs and giving them the best support possible to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

  • Sharlene Manhas

    Human Resources Generalist

    Sharlene completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Human Resources Management from MacEwan University in 2018 and has been working at Entrust ever since. She has realized a passion for recruitment at Entrust and is eager to further learn and grow as an HR professional.

  • Rahul Reghu

    Service Manager

    Rahul obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing from India and moved to Canada for his higher education. In 2016, Rahul joined Entrust as a FFL Mentor, worked his way up to Lead Mentor and then later moved into his current position as Service Manager. He always focuses on client care and believes in treating every individual the same way you want to be treated.

  • Prerna Sharma

    Administration Assistant

    Prerna joins the Entrust team with a Finance Diploma from NAIT and four years of experience in the banking industry. In her free time you can find her traveling.

  • Louise Danica Laure

    Bookkeeper

    Danica graduated from NAIT in 2018 with a Diploma in Accounting. She started working for Entrust in October 2018. In her spare time, you can see her travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

  • April Tai

    Bookkeeper

    April has graduated from NAIT with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She has 3 years of experience in public practice and joins the Entrust team as a Bookkeeper. She enjoys spending free time with her friends and family and loves to travel.

  • Toby

    CCO (Chief Canine Officer)

    Toby started working for Entrust in the winter 2014. He is a 12-year-old Scottish Terrier Chihuahua cross and was adopted by Caelin when he was five years old. Toby enjoys his position with Entrust as it allows him to visit with Entrust’s staff and bring smiles to our clients’ faces. He enjoys long walks in cool weather, napping and taste-testing everyone’s lunches.

  • Ollie

    Ollie is the newest member in Entrust’s loving team of dogs. He hopes to be a service dog one day, but he still has a long way to go. He has some great leaders that are teaching him the proper mannerisms. Like his boss Toby says, he needs to be less focused on getting free food and leave that job to him. Jasper has stated that Ollie needs to stop taking his attention time from Prerna or else... Anytime you come to the office feel free to come by and say hi to Ollie, for he would love to shower you with kisses.

  • Frannie

    Frannie is a 6-year-old Shih Tzu who was adopted by Sharlene from a rescue at the age of 5. When she first came to the Entrust office, she was terrified of everything and everyone. She has come a long way since then, but still maintains her shy demeanor. She enjoys going on walks with her friend Toby, playing with her toys, and napping.

  • Jasper

    Jasper is a 1-year-old Labradoodle who will smother you with kisses and hugs. He loves eating any snacks you can offer. He also comes with a special hidden talent: opening doors. Jasper enjoys long walks and playing fetch with his best friend Prerna.

  • Bailey

    Bailey is a 1-and-a-half-year-old Morkie. She has recently graduated from a prestigious dog training program called “All Around Hound.” She enjoys going for hikes, bike rides, and playing with her best friend Jasper.
