SERVICE MANAGER – CENTRE FOR SUPPORTS
Victoria holds a B.A. in English and Psychology, an after-degree and Master’s degree in Behaviour Analysis, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She brings deep expertise in mental health, trauma-informed care, addictions, and animal-assisted therapy—subjects she continues to explore through ongoing education.
Victoria joined Entrust in September 2024 and leads operations at the Centre for Supports. Her clinical background and leadership training enable her to mentor her team while focusing on holistic, person-led care. Her approach blends structure with joy, ensuring clients feel empowered and supported in meaningful ways.
She has developed the Centre’s policy and procedure manual, expanded intake services, and partnered across departments on marketing and training initiatives. Whether she’s building programs, welcoming new clients, or crafting interactive summer camps, Victoria infuses every effort with creativity and care.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys writing fiction, playing multiple instruments, and working with animals. When she’s not at the Centre, you’ll likely find her enjoying life on the farm.
