18 Years of Residential Care: Sandra Brayer’s Experience
Situation:
Sandra Brayer’s son Brandon needed residential care after leaving another facility.
Outcome:
Entrust accepted Brandon into an Edmonton adult group home. Brandon has lived at Entrust for 18 years, from age 13 to age 31.
Sandra Brayer
My 31 year old son Brandon has been in an Entrust home since age 13. He was in another home, then was “evicted” and Entrust came in and was able to manage his behaviors and he has made great progress there. Has everything been “perfect”? Nope but they have tried their best to accommodate my son and his family! That is where my 5 star rating comes from! It’s not easy to manage an individual with autism, then try to properly match him with 2 other roommates! They have great hearts and they do their absolute best to help individuals in their homes to live their best potentials. Much gratitude for all you have done and continue to do for Brandon!
Highlights from this review:
- 18 consecutive years of residential care
- Successful behavior management in community setting

- Accepted when another provider could not continue care
