Entrust Disability Services Earns Great Place To Work® Certification in Canada

Dec 02, 2025

EDMONTON, AB (Dec. 2, 2025) - Entrust Disability Services is officially Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the first time in our history! This prestigious recognition is based entirely on direct feedback from our Entrusters about their experience working at Entrust.

This year, 73% of Entrusters said Entrust is a Great Place to Work, with a participation rate of 41%—compared to 58% participation in our 2024 Employee Engagement Survey administered in-house through UKG Employee Voice.

“It’s an honour to be acknowledged by Great Place To Work®, and this recognition reflects the amazing work that our Entrusters have accomplished. At Entrust, we strive to create a culture of excellence where each member feels inspired and empowered to make a meaningful impact on the community," said Tilton Reed, CEO. "I'm proud of this team for their collaborative spirit and their commitment to give the best possible care and support for the individuals we serve."

"I am excited that Entrust is recognized as a Great Place To Work-Certified™ organization. Over the past year and a half, we’ve experienced a meaningful cultural transformation—prioritizing genuine connection with our Entrusters, humanizing our frontline roles, and focusing on identifying and retaining high-potential individuals who deeply care about our clients and their work,” said Masa Idelbi, EVP, People & Culture. "This is only the beginning of creating a workplace shaped by collective accountability, a growth mindset, and structured development opportunities for our deserving Entrusters.”

In the past year, Entrust’s turnover has decreased from 49% in 2023 to 38% in 2024 and now sits at 18% year-to-date! This remarkable improvement demonstrates the commitment to creating a long-term, growth-oriented environment where high potentials are recognized and supported.
